Plain-language information about the data we collect and why.

1. Information we collect

When you complete an assessment or contact us, we collect the information you submit, including your name, work email, organization, website, sending platform, email volume, how your organization uses and relies on email, and any notes you choose to provide. We may also collect basic technical and attribution data such as the page used to submit the form.

2. How we use information

We use this information to evaluate deliverability risk, respond to your request, recommend relevant services, operate and improve this website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable, we process information with your consent, to take steps you request before entering a contract, for our legitimate business interests, or to meet a legal obligation.

4. Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to host the website, store submissions, deliver communications, and support business operations. At launch, these may include Vercel for web hosting and Supabase for secure data storage. Providers process data under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide their services.

5. Cookies and analytics

This launch version does not require advertising cookies. If analytics or marketing tools are added, this policy and any consent controls will be updated before those tools are activated.

6. Data retention

We keep assessment and inquiry data only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, provide services, or satisfy legal requirements. You may request deletion, subject to legitimate retention obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information. You may also object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.

9. Children

Our services are intended for organizations and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International processing

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Before launch, replace this paragraph with the business’s monitored privacy contact email and mailing address.
